Come work with Bavia and help us help new moms! We are currently hiring in-hospital and in-home Massage Therapists. Advanced training in pre- or postnatal massage, oncology or other health-related fields is preferred but not required. Attendants must have prior customer service experience and college degree preferred (currently attending college works too!)
All employees must be Joint Commission compliant, which includes:
- Background check
- Current on all vaccinations
Bavia provides 12 hours of training, both in the classroom and in the hospital including:
- Blood-born pathogen training
- HIPPA compliance training
- Safety/Sanitation compliance
- Hospital orientation
- Bavia branding
